(More customer reviews)I've had this unit all of three hours and so far I'm very satisfied. Shipping was fast ... it arrived intact and completely assembled. It's heavier than other similar units which to me indicates that it's of more substantial materials. The styling is handsome and nicely put together. The heater has only two settings but I think they will work fine ... the low setting when I run it in fall or spring ... high when we get into December and January. The fan runs quietly and my kids had to look at it several times to convince themselves they were not looking at real flames. The glowing embers are very realistic. I just like the way it looks ... it's a litte more expensive than some models but so far, it seems to be well worth it.
