(More customer reviews)I bought a pallet of these pellets last season and was very disappointed with their performance. To begin with, they left a lot of ash. We had to clean out our stove every time we finished a bag as compared with our usual brand that went 4 to 5 bags between cleaning. We also found that they did not put off much heat, so we had to burn more pellets to keep the room warm. What we thought was going to last all season ended up running out before the end of a mild winter. It was very disappointing. I would not buy these again.
