(More customer reviews)Here's a cleaner that's easy to use and effective. I use Fireview Cleaner on the glass fireplace doors and on a metal reflector that sits in the back of the fireplace. Simply spray on the cleaner, let sit for a bit, and wipe off with paper towels. The black gunk on the paper towels will amaze you. No other cleaner I've ever used works as well on fireplace doors. I even tried fireplace cleaner on our glass shower doors to see how it would work and it worked rather well.
As seen in the photos I will be posting, it didn't remove all of the black from the metal fireplace reflector. Keep in mind that I haven't cleaned the reflector for a year, and the soot may be burned in. I sprayed and wiped twice to get most of the black stuff off.
There may be more powerful cleaners out there, but I don't think you'll find an easier cleaner around.
